MOD PACk: PLANT & ANIMAL solutions

Ag Asset Group began the exploration of this idea as a mobile facility which would be a fully functional, USDA inspected plant of a size and operational capability that would far exceed any single unit slaughter trailer currently on the market. 

It soon came to our attention that we could more easily build the operational parts of the plant as a modular unit and ship them to a location to be set on permanent foundation. This concept is a way to replace smaller, regional/local packers which have virtually disappeared in the last few years and do so at a cost which would be competitive and even significantly less than a site-built facility.  Our Modular Concept, Mod Pack™, will allow our customers to design any additional functions desired, or stick with a basic design in the beginning and add more functions at a later date.

Construction; We can design and deliver all components in less time than required for brick and mortar construction.

Flexibility; Our staff will design a facility for you in the size you require to start, but with an eye on future growth and the ability to add on to any part of the plant with minimal interruption of operations.

Updates and Renovations; Because of our modular design, we can do a completely redesigned unit and deliver it to your site, brand new, to replace the old one.
